management. IMG's expert team helps commercial property owners and managers
save money on their trash bills through extensive auditing, consulting, ongoing
follow-up and client support. We provide representation to waste
management and recycling companies.
Free Audits
IMG's unique process is risk-free to clients. Initial audits are free. The audits include the following: ensuring scheduled trash/recycling services are fulfilled by the vendors, logging the type of trash and recycling going into the bins, tracking the percentages of the volume in the containers, tracking containers being left out of enclosures, gates left open by the vendors, damage to gates, and incorrect container placement in the enclosures, to name some of these free audit services.
Our Work
When hired after the initial audit, the owners and managers stay in charge of their own billing, with IMG only charging a fee for our ongoing monitoring of the properties, and representation to the vendors, reporting missed pickups along with other service failures.
